🎯 According to Hipper, the aim of the initiative is to maximize support for Ukraine, including by adapting the training mission to the needs of the Armed Forces
🔇 At the same time, the spokesperson refrained from clarifying the timeline for the implementation of the initiative — whether it will be launched after a potential truce or possibly during the active phase of hostilities
