🗣️ Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban stated that russia does not pose a military threat to NATO, as it has failed to win the war against Ukraine. At the same time, he is convinced that negotiations with moscow are necessary, although it only understands the language of force.

⚔️ Orban once again spoke about the war in Ukraine and Western policy, saying that fears of a russian attack on Europe are exaggerated.
🗨️ “The russians are too weak for that. They can’t even defeat Ukraine, so they won’t be able to truly attack NATO,” he said.
🤝 At the same time, the prime minister emphasized that ending the war should be the first step toward stability, but lasting peace is only possible through negotiations between russia and the United States.
🌍 Orban doubts that Ukraine or the EU can negotiate with moscow on their own.
🗣️ “Neither the Ukrainians nor the Europeans will be able to negotiate with moscow. Only Washington has enough influence for that,” the Hungarian leader stressed.
💪 He also added that Europe must demonstrate strength, because that is how russia understands it. “The russians don’t need to be loved, but they need to be negotiated with,” Orban said.
⚠️ The prime minister also expressed criticism of Ukraine’s eurointegration, believing that its accession to the EU or NATO “will drag Europe into war” and threaten the continent’s security.
🛑 “Ukraine is a dangerous country. Its entry into Western alliances could lead to direct confrontation that Europe is trying to avoid,” he said.
🤝 Despite this, Orban stated he is ready to accept putin in Hungary if he wants to come, but stressed that he is guided only by the interests of the Hungarian people.
