🗣️ Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated at a press conference with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha in Kyiv that this issue was not discussed with russians during his visit to moscow.

⚖️ Fidan noted that NATO operates on the principle of preventive security, and it is important to determine the most effective form of cooperation for Ukraine, considering the different positions of Europe, the USA, and Turkey.

🤝 The minister emphasized that negotiations are ongoing, and the membership issue remains a subject of discussion within NATO.

🇩🇪 Earlier, German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul stated that Ukraine is confidently moving towards NATO membership and also supports the Euro-Atlantic course and EU membership.
