According to a survey by the Sociopolis organization, 60.3% of citizens believe that the Verkhovna Rada should reformat the majority by uniting key political forces and returning to the parliamentary-presidential model enshrined in the Constitution.

Such support reflects the public’s demand for consolidation during wartime and the need for more coordinated decision-making in state governance.
Only 29.8% of respondents do not share this view, while 10% are still undecided.
Almost half of Ukrainians also view positively the creation of a National Salvation Government, which could continue the unity coalition and strengthen the government’s ability to act in crisis conditions.
Sociologists emphasize that even in difficult wartime conditions, such studies help understand public sentiment and make balanced political decisions.
