PR specialist of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Volodymyr Petrov, has once again received a deferment from military mobilization. This was reported by MP Yaroslav Zhelezniak in his video.

According to the MP, in mid-March 2026, Petrov again received a mobilization deferment.
“This time he is being reserved as an employee of the ‘Useful TV’ broadcasting company. If you go to their YouTube channel, you will find only one type of content — gardening and farming advice. But the Ministry of Culture has granted critical status to this enterprise,” Zhelezniak said.
He also added that among the beneficiaries of the company is Serhii Sozanovskyi. According to the MP, media outlets have repeatedly pointed to his long-standing acquaintance with Andriy Yermak, as well as alleged ties to media assets associated with the President’s Office, in particular the Inter TV channel.
