Polish political scientist and permanent advisor to the Polish Sejm, Anna Shieverska, emphasized that Ukraine not only strengthens the EU militarily but also economically, thanks to its natural resources, innovations, and human potential.

Shieverska noted that in conversations with skeptics regarding support for Ukraine, it is important to present pragmatic arguments. According to her, a strong Ukraine serves as a security buffer for all of Europe and the EU.
She also highlighted Ukraine’s technological achievements, particularly in drone development, and emphasized that EU countries are actively adopting this experience.
The political scientist added that Ukraine possesses valuable natural resources, including fertile black soil, which makes it strategically important for Europe. In her view, Ukraine’s integration into the EU will not be a burden; on the contrary, it will strengthen the economy, innovation potential, and human resources of united Europe.
