🛡️ Against this background, the efforts of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine to weaken russian influence in the Black Sea gain special importance for the security of the entire region, said Major General Illya Pavlenko at the round table “Baltic-Black Sea-Caspian Region: Security and Stability Factors.”
🏝️ He emphasized that the liberation of Snake Island and the “Boyko rigs” is part of the Black Sea Doctrine aimed at establishing a safe environment in the region.
🚢 Thanks to Ukraine’s operations, the russian Black Sea Fleet has been gradually pushed out of the western part of the sea, allowing the creation of a safe grain corridor for export despite the aggressor’s opposition.
🤖 The unmanned fleet of the Main Intelligence Directorate plays a significant role in weakening russian influence. Ukrainian military intelligence was the first in the world to use a swarm of maritime drones in combat conditions.
