💰 According to Orban, Ukrainians are “sophisticated and smart criminals” who deceive ordinary Hungarians. He cited statistics on thefts totaling 8 billion forints annually, of which only 1.5 billion have been recovered.
🚫 Orban emphasized that Ukrainians should not be admitted to the EU to avoid complicating the fight against fraud.
⚔️ The Prime Minister called Ukraine a “dangerous” region, and the country’s EU accession a tragedy threatening Hungarian pensions, agriculture, and the economy.
🤝 At the same time, Orban noted that cooperation with Ukraine is possible but without equal rights with EU members, and agreements should be sectoral for mutual benefit.
