President of the United States Donald Trump commented on his visit to China and his meeting with Chinese leader Xi Jinping, calling it “incredible” and one that delivered significant results for both countries.

According to Trump, several “fantastic” trade agreements were concluded during the negotiations.
“We made some fantastic trade deals for both countries. We solved a lot of different problems that other people would not have been able to handle,” he said.
The American president also noted that his relationship with Xi Jinping remains “very strong.”
During the joint meeting at the Zhongnanhai residence in Beijing, the parties also discussed the situation in Iran, according to Trump.
“Our views on how we want to end this conflict are very similar. We don’t want them to have nuclear weapons. We want the Strait of Hormuz to remain open. We want this to stop, because there is madness happening there,” he said.
