According to the publication, China is already providing Iran with indirect support, including access to satellite data for monitoring U.S. military activity, as well as supplies of dual-use components.
These include semiconductors, sensors, and other technological elements that can be used in the production of drones and missiles.
The report states that U.S. intelligence has detected attempts to organize covert weapons supply routes through third countries, including in Africa.
It is also reported that economic cooperation between Beijing and Tehran remains significant, with China purchasing most Iranian oil at discounted prices.
At the same time, according to U.S. officials, direct shipments of Chinese weapons intended for use against the United States or Israel have not been confirmed so far, but there are concerns about possible transfers of certain systems, including man-portable air-defense systems (MANPADS).
The U.S. administration, according to media reports, is trying to increase pressure on Beijing to prevent potential arms transfers, but the effectiveness of these efforts remains uncertain.
