⏳ Recall that in December 2016, the nationalized PrivatBank filed a lawsuit with the High Court of London against its former owners. In 2017, the court issued a worldwide asset freeze on Kolomoisky, Boholyubov, and six companies linked to them.
💸 According to the plaintiff, funds were transferred to accounts of companies owned or controlled by the former owners. PrivatBank’s claim amounted to $2.5 billion including accrued interest.
