According to him, the Russian side is taking into account statements by U.S. Special Representative Keith Kellogg, who allowed for the delivery of such missiles to Kyiv, and is currently assessing the risks and the parties involved in their use — whether Ukrainian or American forces.
At the same time, Peskov avoided giving a direct answer regarding Moscow’s reaction, stating that the situation needs to be “analyzed.”
He also reiterated the Kremlin’s position that no weapon can fundamentally change the situation on the front for Ukraine.
