According to the publication, this decision is the final technical step before a possible launch of a large-scale credit package for Ukraine.
In addition, the meeting also plans to adopt, without discussion, the 20th sanctions package of the European Union against Russia.
At the same time, the decision-making process in the EU is complicated by the position of certain countries, in particular Hungary and Slovakia, which have previously blocked both financial aid to Ukraine and new sanctions packages against Russia.
