🚨 The court recognized the decision to refuse Petro Poroshenko border crossing as unlawful.

🗣️ This was reported by the fifth president’s lawyer, Ihor Golovan, referring to the press center of “Eurosolidarity.”
💼 He also mentioned: during the trial, it became clear that Poroshenko’s border crossing was controlled at the level of the head of the State Border Guard Service.
🏛️ “The Vinnytsia District Administrative Court, by its decision of March 20, 2025, in the case 120/683/25, satisfied the lawsuit of Petro Poroshenko against the 6th Volyn Border Guard Detachment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (military unit 9971). The decision of the head of the border guard inspection unit (type A) of the ‘Ambukiv’ border service department of the 6th Volyn Border Guard Detachment from January 16, 2025, N113, to refuse Poroshenko’s border crossing was recognized as unlawful and annulled,” said Golovan.
🔍 “But we know that the decision to ban Petro Poroshenko from leaving the country to defend our state’s interests was not made by border guards. The court was informed by Colonel Ihor Kaghlyak, the deputy head of the staff and the head of the border control organization department, about who and how is manually controlling the border checkpoints,” the lawyer reported.
📞 “It turns out that all Ukrainian border guards were strictly instructed to immediately call the head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine upon any appearance of Poroshenko at the border, at any time of the day or night. If they couldn’t get through, they were to call Colonel Andriy Prostavov. He would then decide what to do next,” Golovan states.
🇺🇦 “It is unlikely that even the head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine would dare to make a decision regarding Petro Poroshenko on their own. And since the control of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine is under the President of Ukraine, we can be sure that it is Zelensky who is Poroshenko’s personal border guard,” the lawyer believes.
