🗣️ The Minister for European Affairs, Nemanja Starović, stated that Serbia reaffirms its support for Ukraine’s territorial integrity and its European integration aspirations. At the same time, the country refuses to join sanctions against russia due to a lack of security guarantees and risks to its own economy.

📉 Starović emphasized that restrictive measures could cause serious harm to Serbia without having a significant impact on the aggressor. He also criticized the uneven distribution of EU aid during the pandemic: Croatia received €22 billion, while Serbia received only €165 million.
📦 Despite this, Belgrade is ready to support sanctions against russia if Serbia’s EU accession process reaches its final stage.
🌍 Starović added that Ukraine has provided momentum for EU enlargement, and the Western Balkan countries should also join this movement.
