According to him, from December to April Russia recruited 148,400 people through mobilization and contract service. At the same time, confirmed enemy losses from drone strikes alone amount to 156,735 personnel, according to the Delta situational awareness system.
Within the Unmanned Systems Forces, a target has been set that at least 30% of strikes should target enemy personnel. Currently, Madyar said, the cumulative result over 11 months of the SBS units’ existence stands at 29.59%.
During this period, SBS units have verified the destruction and damage of 305,700 targets, of which 90,470 were enemy personnel.
In April 2026 alone, 10,581 Russian servicemen were reportedly hit, which is 31.15% of total personnel losses inflicted by Ukrainian drones.
Madyar also stated that the average cost of one confirmed strike on enemy personnel is about $882 in drone expenses.
He stressed that unmanned systems are becoming a key element of modern warfare and called for expanding their use along the entire front line.
