🚫 The decision by the russian authorities, particularly by the openly anti-Ukrainian head of Rospotrebnadzor, Gennady Onishchenko, was illegal. At that time, other companies in the industry continued exporting.

📅 It is noted that for 12 years now, this decision has remained in effect — meaning ROSHEN has not exported to russia, is not doing so now, and will not in the future.
👮♂️ Meanwhile, the party reminded that in March 2014, after 200 russian OMON officers raided the ROSHEN factory in Lipetsk, its accounts were frozen. The factory was later shut down. Afterward, the main investigative directorate of the russian Investigative Committee imposed a second freeze on the factory’s accounts for refusing to pay taxes to the russian budget. The factory’s equipment and assets were moved to Ukraine, where their full value was used to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces. What remained in russia was scrapped so the enemy wouldn’t get it.
⚖️ “European Solidarity” recalled that Petro Poroshenko himself was convicted in russia for terrorism and extremism due to his extensive support of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
🛑 “Any reports about the alleged presence of ROSHEN products on russian marketplaces are provocations and part of psychological information operations by russian special services. We are witnessing a deliberate campaign to discredit Petro Poroshenko as one of the leaders of the pro-European opposition. Any independent buyer or journalist has every opportunity to verify the origin of goods on different marketplaces: simply request the invoice, certificate of quality and origin, customs declaration, and transport invoice. If anyone had even one of these documents — it would be headline news on enemy media. But instead, they resort to garbage sites, ‘Svinarenkos,’ and black PR operatives,” the statement said.
🌍 ROSHEN is described as the most well-known Ukrainian brand in the world with an impeccable reputation.
💬 “It is the number one company in Ukraine, and people vote for it with their money. Naturally, the corporation has nothing to do with smuggling schemes through third countries such as Belarus or Kazakhstan. The company stopped supplying Belarus on February 24, 2022, the day the full-scale invasion began. It is legally impossible to import ROSHEN products from Kazakhstan, since selling ROSHEN candies in russia is a criminal offense,” the “European Solidarity” statement continues.
📰 The party emphasized that Ukrainian media must not become retransmitters of FSB operations. Disseminating unverified or manipulative information that harms leading Ukrainian manufacturers employing tens of thousands only benefits the enemy, who seeks to divide Ukrainian society and discredit the opposition.
⚖️ “If false information or slander is spread in the media, ROSHEN reserves the right to go to court,” the party added.
👤 “We are also aware of statements made by Oleksii Svinarenko, who calls himself ‘Stalker’ on social media. However, let us clarify — not for manipulators, but for the public:
Svinarenko is not an active member of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as some portray him. His public appearances are his own media activity, not the official position of the military. He openly admits that his motive is personal resentment and a desire for revenge against Petro Poroshenko. He has written about this multiple times. This forms the basis of his entire media campaign.
His posts are regularly picked up by channels operating in the style of ‘Pool OP’ and anonymous ‘experts’ from the same crowd. The formula is simple: ‘an expert says — traitor,’ ‘a soldier says — blood business.’ And on it goes. This media attraction is well known — it’s always launched when a new smear wave against the opposition is needed.
That’s why we don’t consider it appropriate to respond to the statements of individuals who openly admit their bias and are used as tools in information warfare. In a country at war, trust must lie with those who defend the state — not those pushing Telegram narratives from Bankova,” the statement from “European Solidarity” concluded.
📢 The party emphasizes it supports transparency, independent investigations, and the public’s right to know the truth.
🛡️ “But we will not legitimize FSB information provocations disguised as journalistic content or ‘military’ emotions.
Why is this surfacing now? To silence the real problems facing the country and divert attention from the difficult frontline situation, tense negotiations in Istanbul, and rampant corruption. While the authorities are persecuting the opposition, we are supporting the army. While they sell you ‘betrayal in a ROSHEN wrapper,’ we see the real threat — replacing facts with emotions and truth with manipulation. And most importantly — we will not allow a country paying for freedom in blood to fall victim to cheap series scripted from either Bankova or the kremlin,” the party concluded.
📰 It should be noted that some Ukrainian media previously circulated claims that ROSHEN products were allegedly found for sale on the russian market, including on the marketplace “Wildberries” and others.
