“Let’s be honest: Vladimir Putin’s presence on the territory of the European Union will only make sense if it results in an unconditional ceasefire. Moreover, it is in Putin’s own interest to agree to this, as time is working against him,” Barrot stated ahead of the meeting of EU foreign ministers in Luxembourg.
