📊 A survey conducted by the company IRSOP shows that Nicușor Dan is ahead of his competitor — far-right George Simion — on the eve of the second round of elections.

🧾 According to the data, 52% of respondents are ready to support the pro-European candidate Dan, while Simion has 48%.

📈 The results are based on the responses of citizens who are highly likely to participate in the voting. The expected turnout will exceed 60%.

👥 In addition, 51% of those surveyed support the tandem Nicușor Dan — president, Ilie Bolojan — prime minister. Meanwhile, the Simion — president and Călin Georgescu — prime minister option is supported by only 42%.

📞 The survey was conducted by phone from May 10 to May 13, 2025, among approximately one thousand Romanians. The sample is representative, the statistical error is 3%.
