Norway emphasizes that its territory will remain nuclear-free in peacetime, and cooperation with France includes partnership agreements, joint exercises, and the potential temporary deployment of French Rafale fighter jets. In addition, Oslo plans to strengthen military ties with the United Kingdom and other Northern European countries to counter Kremlin aggression in the Arctic and the North Atlantic.
