The President of France, Emmanuel Macron, stated that he is “ready for dialogue” regarding a peaceful resolution of the conflict in Ukraine. Preparations for the format of such communication are currently underway.

Macron emphasized that a key element of future agreements must be reliable security guarantees to prevent Ukraine’s capitulation and avoid new threats.
“All countries of the ‘Coalition of the Willing’ share one goal: peace in Ukraine and Europe that is fair, sustainable, and reliable,” the French leader stressed.
He also warned that Russia has repeatedly violated peace agreements over the past 15 years, citing examples from Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia.
