🗣️ The head of European diplomacy, Kaja Kallas, stated that russia is manipulating the topic of ceasefire negotiations in Ukraine without showing genuine willingness for peace.

📢 “We must put pressure on russia to make it truly want peace, to sit down and talk with Ukraine,” Kallas emphasized. According to her, the kremlin is merely “playing games” without real intentions to negotiate.
💣 She also stressed that it is impossible to negotiate under shelling, and as long as russia continues to attack Ukraine, no talks can be considered legitimate.
🚫 “If they are there, if they keep constantly bombing Ukraine, if there is no ceasefire regime — there can be no negotiations under shelling,” Kallas stated.
