🔴 The minister added that real steps towards peace should come from Russia. He reminded that Ukraine had already proposed a ceasefire over a month ago in the maritime, airspace, and energy infrastructure sectors based on the Franco-British initiative.
🤝 Barros also highlighted the importance of compromise from Ukraine, which agreed to a 30-day general ceasefire at the proposal of the USA.
💡 The minister concluded that the peace initiative must come from Vladimir Putin, as Russia is the one that should take concrete steps toward a peace agreement.
