The National Agency for Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) is conducting an internal investigation into corruption at the state enterprise “Energoatom.” Out of approximately 4,300 documents, about 1,100 are currently being examined, concerning the individuals featured in the videos, their relatives, affiliated companies, and the executives of those companies, according to NAPC.

The agency is also processing information received from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU). “NAPC held a meeting with the Public Council at the agency, informing them of the current status of the investigation, the next steps, and discussing possible scenarios, including those raised at the Temporary Investigative Commission meeting on November 17,” NAPC stated.
Earlier, NABU announced that it is completing legal procedures to place key figures — Timur Mindich and Oleksandr Tsukerman — on the international wanted list. This requires completing several formal requirements, which are still in progress.
According to journalists, Mindich left Ukraine less than five hours before searches were conducted in his Kyiv apartments, while Tsukerman reportedly flew to Israel and did not return after the trip. Such synchronized departures may indicate a rapid reaction or access to insider information.
The investigation believes that Mindich and Tsukerman ran a corrupt organization: they set its operating rules, controlled profit distribution, and used their resources and connections to influence other participants.
In Washington, the administration of President Donald Trump called on international partners to closely monitor the case’s development and support Ukraine in combating corruption in strategic sectors.
