🛡️ He emphasized that a stable Ukrainian economy in the long term will be the best defense for the country — a position also supported by Donald Trump.
🇵🇱 The minister recalled that after the fall of the Berlin Wall, the economies of Ukraine and Poland were the same, but now Poland is three times ahead of Ukraine.
🤝 To enable Ukraine to surpass russia’s economy, Bessent believes effective governance, partnership with the U.S., and attracting global investments are necessary.
⚠️ At the same time, he stressed that no country supporting russia with money or military equipment in the war against Ukraine will have the right to participate in Ukraine’s reconstruction.
💬 “You cannot destroy a country, kill people, ruin lives, and then get money for its recovery,” the minister concluded.
