He noted that for 4 years and 3 months Russia has been regularly attacking Kyiv with missiles and drones, causing civilian casualties and infrastructure destruction.
“For 4 years and 3 months, Russia has been attacking Kyiv every week with ballistic and cruise missiles, as well as swarms of drones, killing civilians and causing destruction. Today it is playing a completely ‘new card’ by threatening… to attack Kyiv. What does it mean?” Tykhyi wrote.
The MFA spokesperson described the new Russian threats as an attempt at information pressure and offered ironic explanations for such rhetoric, mentioning, among other things, despair, lack of creativity, and other possible motives.
