A total of 21 countries have joined the PURL program, under which NATO countries purchase American weapons for Ukraine. The total contributions amount to $4.18 billion.

Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Andriy Sybiha, reported that a visit to NATO headquarters brought approximately $1 billion in additional contributions—five new countries joined, and eight more increased their contributions.
For the first time, countries outside the Alliance—Australia and New Zealand—have joined the program.
At the same time, Italy has temporarily suspended its support for PURL, citing negotiations for a ceasefire.
