🛡 At the same time, exemptions are possible — temporary postponements from mobilization for up to 12 months for employees of enterprises and organizations deemed strategically important for the country’s defense.
📜 The rules for exemptions are regulated by Cabinet Resolution No. 76 dated January 27, 2023, which defines the procedure for exempting military personnel during mobilization and martial law.
⚙️ According to a lawyer, the main conditions for exemption in July 2025 are valid military registration data, absence from wanted lists, and an official salary of at least 20,000 hryvnias.
📊 Lawyer Roman Simutin noted that the approach to calculating exemptions at enterprises has changed. Now, mobilized employees are included in the total number, so if, for example, 10 out of 60 employees were mobilized, then 30 persons can be exempted — that is, 50% of the total staff.
🏢 To receive an exemption, a man must work at an enterprise or institution recognized by ministries as critically important for the country’s functioning.
✈️ It is reminded that most men subject to military duty aged 18 to 60 cannot travel abroad during martial law, except for, among others, exempted employees.
