Starting from October 2025, residents of areas of active or potential hostilities will receive additional funds to pay for electricity. The assistance will be automatically credited along with subsidies and benefits.

Who will receive the assistance
The aid is intended for families who already receive subsidies or benefits and actually reside in dangerous areas. There is no need to apply to social services — payments will be made by the Pension Fund.
Amount of payments
Each family member is allocated 100 kWh of electricity per month, with a maximum of 300 kWh per family. The funds will help partially cover costs for lighting, heating, and household appliances.
Program duration
The first payments will be made in October 2025 and will continue as long as there is a basis for their provision. The program will be terminated in the event of relocation from a dangerous area, loss of subsidy/benefit, destruction of housing, or change in the status of the territory.
Citizens must pay the remaining electricity bills on time — the state covers only part of the expenses.
