Pyshnyi shared the story of a 26-year-old Ukrainian soldier who lost his sight, hearing, and arms, but remained motivated and eager to work in the financial sector, where he began his career before the war.
According to the NBU head, the bank’s team prepared for the defender’s return by creating a barrier-free space, installing elevators, and adopting a care policy to give him the opportunity to realize his potential.
“We prepared to meet his needs. This is an example of how inclusivity changes people and helps move toward the goal — building the most accessible financial system possible,” Pyshnyi emphasized.
