🛒 The platform will operate as a “weapon marketplace,” where military brigades will be able to independently create requests and select the necessary equipment.
🎯 The pilot project will involve 10 combat brigades, with 1 billion UAH allocated from the Defense Procurement Agency. Through the system, it will be possible to order FPV drones and later other types of UAVs, electronic warfare tools, and robotic complexes.
📊 Each military unit will be able to choose equipment based on needs, view delivery times, leave feedback, and receive prompt responses.
🚚 The Defense Procurement Agency will be responsible for financing and logistics without excessive bureaucracy — deliveries will take weeks instead of months.
🔍 The system also ensures transparency in cooperation for manufacturers and gives the state the ability to make decisions based on up-to-date data on frontline needs.
✅ DOT-Chain Defence is built on the successful model of digital army food supply, which has already proven its effectiveness.
