📜 According to Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1558, the deferral period is set according to the validity of legal grounds but cannot exceed three months—since martial law and mobilization are extended for this period.
🔄 If the grounds remain valid, the deferral can be automatically extended for the entire duration of martial law.
🎓 Students, postgraduate students, and doctoral candidates can receive a deferral until the end of the semester (but no more than six months), educators until the end of the academic year, and persons with disabilities until the expiration of the relevant medical certificate or the end of martial law.
📩 If a conscription-eligible individual loses the right to a deferral, they will be notified of its cancellation within seven days.
