The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has announced the launch of a new recruitment service within the “Reserve+” app, offering over 4,000 vacancies in the Defense Forces.

The ministry explained that the platform provides detailed information about available positions, including data on brigades, command units, achievements, and media mentions.
“The intuitive interface allows users to make quick decisions: tap ‘plus’ to save a job for further consideration or ‘minus’ to decline it,” the statement reads.
Candidates are required to take a short test to match them with suitable vacancies, specifying, among other things, their military education or area of expertise.
“Based on this information, the system will help find the most appropriate positions according to the principle of ‘in the right place with the right skills,’” said Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernogorenko.
According to her, the current version of the service will be gradually improved over time.
