⚙️ Starting from April 1, military medical commissions began generating all rulings with conclusions in electronic format. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has developed and implemented the electronic military medical commission (VLC) cabinet, significantly simplifying the process.

🔄 Now, the VLC conclusions are automatically transmitted to the “Oberih” military obligation registry, and information about fitness or unfitness for service is displayed in the “Reserve+” app much faster.
👥 Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization, Kateryna Chernohorenko, noted that thanks to these innovations, military personnel no longer need to personally submit the ruling to the TCC or wait for paper documents.
🔧 During March, there was a transitional period during which commission staff registered in the electronic cabinet and underwent training. The leaders in user activity were Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Lviv, and Khmelnytsky regions.
