Ukraine has allowed employees with unspecified military registration data to be reserved from mobilization. The updated rules apply only to enterprises that are critically important for the Defense Forces and the defense industry. This was reported by the “Diia” service.

It is noted that the new measure will allow such specialists to start working even with an unsettled status – they can be reserved for up to 45 days.
Which companies will be able to use the reservation
Legal entities from the Unified List (defense-industrial complex and enterprises critically important for the Armed Forces of Ukraine).
Managers, persons with signing authority, or authorized representatives of enterprises.
A mandatory condition is a valid critical status at the time of submitting the application.
Reservation procedure
Authorize on the “Diia” portal using a qualified electronic signature (QES).
Select the service “Employee Reservation.”
Confirm the company data and your role.
In the “Information” section about employees, select the category “Employees with violations of military registration” (the employee must be registered for military service).
Specify employee data and the start date of employment (not earlier than 45 days before submitting the application).
Sign the application. After that, the manager or authorized person will receive a notification.
You can track the status of the application in your personal account, and the result of the review will be sent to email.
Earlier in Ukraine, the reservation process for employees of transformer equipment manufacturers was also simplified. This is intended to help retain key specialists and prevent the shutdown of the energy sector. It is expected that the new rules will positively affect the pace of production, repair, and restoration of transformer equipment that is critically important for the country’s stable electricity supply.
