🏛️ The “European Solidarity” faction proposed the creation of a Temporary Special Commission (TSC) to investigate the illegal activities of Andriy Portnov in Ukraine. This was announced by Member of Parliament Viktoriya Syumar from the parliamentary podium.

📚 She reminded that in 2019, when Portnov returned to Ukraine, it was considered a classic revenge, and even students of Kyiv National University protested against his appointment as an honorary professor.
⚠️ Syumar emphasized that the Portnov case remains relevant despite his death, as his associates are trying to protect their interests in the judicial system through new draft laws.
🔥 The MP stated that the system created by Portnov must be destroyed because it does not investigate itself. Therefore, the initiative to create the TSC was placed in the hands of the Ukrainian parliament.
❓ Viktoriya Syumar raised several important questions: why Portnov returned in 2019, why he received state protection, how his associates ended up in key positions, and what connections he had with russian intelligence agencies.
📍 The MP also inquired about the existence of an SBU case on Portnov’s state treason and meetings with representatives of the President’s Office shortly before his liquidation in Spain.
