The Inspection Activity Department reminded employers of the mandatory verification of military registration documents when hiring or enrolling all conscripts and those liable for military service.

The following documents are subject to verification:
- For those liable for military service – a military ID or temporary certificate;
- For conscripts – a certificate of registration at the draft office.
Only individuals registered with the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (formerly the military commissariat) can be hired. For those registered with the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) or the Foreign Intelligence Service, employment is allowed only after registration with these agencies.
Women with medical or pharmaceutical education are also considered liable for military service and must provide the corresponding document when being employed, even if the position is not related to medicine or pharmaceuticals.
