A number of Diia services will be unavailable from May 24 to May 27, including driver’s license replacement. The reason is technical maintenance involving two registers.

This was announced by Diia itself. They specified that the affected systems are:

  • The Unified State Register of Vehicles
  • The Register of Administrative Offenses in the Field of Road Safety

In addition to driver’s license replacement, two more services will be unavailable:

💬 Зеленський: Росія має економічні проблеми, а війна на Близькому Сході впливає на глобальну безпеку

💬 Zelensky: Russia has economic problems, and the war in the Middle East is affecting global security

  • Vehicle sharing

“Plan your driver’s license replacement, vehicle purchase or sale in Diia. From May 24 to 27, services will be unavailable. Starting Wednesday, May 28, you’ll once again be able to use your favorite services with just a few clicks,” the statement said.

Ряд сервісом Дії буде недоступний з 24 по 27 травня

НSome services in Diia will become paid

At the same time, Diia is launching the monetization of several of its services. In particular:

Diia.Signature;

Diia.OAuth.

According to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, this is intended to contribute to the development of online services as well as optimize the costs of maintaining the state’s digital infrastructure.

In addition, starting from June 1, Diia will introduce a paid document multisharing service. It will cost:

UAH 21,500 for connection;

UAH 9.80 per request.

At the same time, it is stated that basic sharing of a single document, such as a passport or driver’s license, will remain free for regular users.

For comparison: a similar service via BankID of the National Bank of Ukraine costs from UAH 5 to 20, regardless of the number of documents. The Ministry of Digital Transformation notes that this innovation will help maintain the infrastructure and reduce the burden on the budget, as tens of thousands of requests are generated monthly in the financial sector alone.
