Kateryna Chernohorenko is concluding her work as the head of digital transformation at the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine after nearly two years on the team.

During her tenure, Chernohorenko implemented a number of digital initiatives, including:
DOT-Chain – a platform for logistics and weapons accounting, food delivery, and electronic reporting.
Reserve+ – 4.5 million users, online deferments, and referrals to medical commissions;
Army+ – 840 thousand users, electronic reports, surveys, and military personnel transfers;
DELTA – a combat system with 11 modules and integrated AI Avengers;
