If the reservation in “Reserve+” is canceled due to document discrepancies, a search, or other reasons, the lawyer recommends contacting the Territorial Center for Recruitment (TCR) with confirmation of employment at a critical enterprise. In such cases, it is also advisable to consult with a lawyer, as there is a risk of abuse if the reservation was not officially granted.

⚖️ Additionally, according to paragraph 12 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine’s resolution, a reservation may be annulled if the enterprise where the draftee works stops performing tasks related to ensuring the Defense Forces or does not participate in mobilization processes. The reservation can also be canceled if the enterprise is no longer considered critical or ceases its activities.

⚖️ It is important to note that for some industries, such as energy or healthcare, there is a restriction on reservations that cannot exceed 75% of employees. This may complicate the process of obtaining a reservation.

⚖️ To avoid problems, the lawyer recommends checking whether the enterprise meets the new criteria, as losing critical status may affect the reservation for all employees. It is also important to keep the information in the “Reserve+” app updated and avoid being wanted. The specialist emphasized that it is important not to ignore notifications from the mobile app, as they may contain important information regarding the possible cancellation of the reservation.

⚖️ If you believe the reservation was canceled mistakenly or due to abuse, Lobunko advises seeking legal consultation. Additionally, it is possible to appeal the cancellation in court if there is evidence of a violation.
