📢 This was reported by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers. The corresponding changes to the procedure for reserving conscripts were adopted on May 30.
📈 The Cabinet explained that the new rules aim to preserve the personnel potential of defense enterprises during martial law.
📌 Key changes:
Reservation of 100% of conscripts at enterprises, institutions, and organizations critical to the army.
For security guards of fuel and energy complex facilities, the requirement for a minimum salary (at least 20,000 UAH) and absence of tax debt has been removed.
Enterprises can independently choose any three criteria to obtain the right to reserve employees.
🛠️ As Deputy Minister of Economy Vitaliy Kindrativ noted, this decision will allow a flexible response to defense challenges and ensure the stable operation of critical infrastructure – from drones to medical support.
📄 The conditions for reservation remain unchanged:
the enterprise must be on the list of critically important;
applications – only through the “Diia” portal;
lists are formed by authorized state bodies.
👥 Also, the total number of reservable conscripts now includes those employees who were mobilized after May 18, 2024.
🗣️ As a reminder, in mid-May Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal stated that no changes in the reservation criteria from mobilization were planned in the near future.
