👤 The commander of the 225th Separate Assault Regiment (SAR), Oleh Shyriayev, who has been fighting in the Kursk region for six months, emphasizes that holding positions is necessary to block the enemy’s advance.
⚔️ The publication recalls that the 225th SAR broke through russian positions in Kursk last August. The assault regiment continues to carry out combat missions in this region despite the enemy’s numerical superiority.
💥 The commander stressed that even in defense, Ukrainian forces inflict significant losses on the enemy:
🔹 “Even if we are currently in a defensive stance, we are still grinding down the enemy. russia is suffering serious losses in both manpower and military equipment. Its losses, both now and throughout the entire Kursk operation, are significantly higher than those of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” Shyriayev emphasized.
