U.S. President Donald Trump stated that the White House will receive a new ballroom, which will cost about $400 million and will be equipped for future inaugurations, Bloomberg reports.

According to Trump, the ballroom will be the most beautiful in 150 years and will provide a safer setting for ceremonial events, as traditional inaugurations at the Capitol often face weather and security challenges.
He also noted that the ballroom’s glass windows will be nearly 13 cm thick and impervious to anything except a howitzer.
