The Ministry of Justice has published previously unavailable documents from the Jeffrey Epstein case. These are materials that were not included in the previously released files related to the financier convicted of sexual crimes, including those involving minors.

Among the new documents are three FBI interviews with a woman who claimed that President Donald Trump sexually harassed her when she was a teenager.
This was reported by the publication POLITICO with reference to the Ministry of Justice.
What the newly declassified Epstein files contain
According to FBI reports, the woman’s main allegation is that Trump struck her after she bit his penis when he allegedly tried to force her to perform oral sex.
The appearance of these three files came amid questions from representatives of the Democratic Party who were interested in whether the Department of Justice had deliberately withheld materials containing accusations against Trump of sexual harassment.
In the documents, dated August–October 2019, the woman, whose name is not disclosed, says that when she was between 13 and 15 years old (around 1983), Jeffrey Epstein took her to New York or New Jersey. According to her, “in a very tall building with huge rooms” he introduced her to Donald Trump.
The woman also noted that other people were present in the room, but she could not recall exactly who they were. According to her, Trump asked them to leave the room, after which he said “something like: ‘Let me teach you how little girls should behave,’” the interview excerpts state.
After that, she claims, Trump unzipped his pants and pressed her head “to his penis.” In response, according to her, she “bit him hard.” Then, as noted in the testimony, he pulled her by the hair and punched her in the head.
The woman recalls that after that Trump said: “Get this little bitch out of here.” At that moment, according to her, other people entered the room again.
The FBI interview materials do not specify how exactly the incident ended or how the woman managed to get out of the situation.
During the final interview, FBI agents returned again to the accusations concerning Trump. The document states that he is the “current President of the United States,” and investigators asked the woman whether “she felt comfortable talking about her contacts with Trump.”
She replied that she did not see the point in providing this information, since there was a high probability that nothing could be done about it anyway.
The published interviews are part of more than 1,000 new pages of documents that were added on Thursday to the public database of Epstein files.
White House press secretary Karolina Leavitt called the accusations “absolutely unfounded and unsupported by any reliable evidence,” and also said they were made by “a mentally unstable woman with an extensive criminal history.”
Donald Trump himself also denied everything. He has repeatedly rejected any wrongdoing related to Jeffrey Epstein. In addition, the White House and the Department of Justice also warned that the released files may contain “false and sensational claims.”
Previous accusations against Trump
Donald Trump has previously faced accusations of sexual harassment and sexual assault. In particular, several women made such statements during the 2016 presidential campaign.
In 2023, a jury in New York ruled that Trump was liable for sexual abuse and defamation against writer Jean Carroll. She filed a lawsuit against Trump alleging assault and stating that his actions should be considered a sexual crime, as she claimed rape had taken place. Although the jury did not find rape proven, they agreed that Trump committed sexual abuse.
