🏛️ The press office of the Ministry of Digital Transformation announced this, noting that such changes will promote the development of online services and optimize expenses on the state digital infrastructure.
✍️ Diia.Signature will allow legal entities to sign documents online using an electronic signature directly through Diia.
🔍 The new Diia.OAuth service will enable partners — banks, insurance companies, mobile operators — to verify user identity through the official Diia system. This will simplify registrations, reduce fraud, and speed up identification in the financial sector.
📄 One of the first monetized services will be document multisharing, which allows sending multiple digital copies from state registries at once. This service is popular among companies that work with client verification — banks, microfinance organizations, mobile operators, and insurance companies.
✅ For regular users, basic sharing of a single document (passport or driver’s license) will remain free.
💬 FlexiPay CEO Yaroslav Kaplan explained the terms for legal entities: 21,500 UAH — a one-time connection fee, 9.80 UAH — per request including a set of documents (passport + tax ID + driver’s license).
⚖️ For comparison, a similar service via the National Bank of Ukraine’s BankID costs from 5 to 20 UAH regardless of the number of documents.
📊 The Ministry of Digital Transformation emphasized that this innovation will help maintain infrastructure and reduce budget load, as tens of thousands of requests are generated monthly in the financial sector.
