On September 22, Trump claimed that autism could be associated with vaccination and the use of Tylenol (acetaminophen, paracetamol) by pregnant women.

WHO spokesperson Tarik Yasharevich, commenting on this claim, emphasized:

“We know that vaccines do not cause autism. Vaccines save countless lives. This is proven by science, and such things should not be questioned,” said the WHO representative.

It is worth noting that on his first day in office, Donald Trump signed an executive order to begin the U.S. withdrawal from the WHO.
