The approval rating of U.S. President Donald Trump among citizens has dropped to 38%, marking the lowest level since his return to the White House, according to a Reuters poll.

According to the results, only 39% of Americans support Trump’s actions on immigration, while 53% disapprove. Around 58% believe that U.S. immigration and customs authorities use overly harsh methods, 12% consider them insufficiently effective, and 26% rate their actions as “about right.”
The survey also shows a clear political divide: approximately 90% of Democrats criticize the agents’ actions, while 20% of Republicans support them, and 60% of independents approve.
Overall, Trump’s approval rating has fallen from 41% at the beginning of January to 38%. The survey was conducted online among 1,139 adult Americans, with a margin of error of about 3 percentage points.
