In the city of Qom, American aviation destroyed a factory producing turbojet engines used in combat drones, reports the United States Central Command.

According to the agency, the enterprise manufactured not only engines but also aviation components that were part of the chain for creating strike drones, the products of which were used by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
The airstrike could seriously affect the pace of production of Iranian drones, particularly loitering munitions, which are actively used in military conflicts and are a key element of Iran’s strategy.
Satellite images show that as of March 6 the facility was intact, but after the strike a significant part of the production buildings was destroyed.
