Ukraine’s Ambassador to the United Kingdom and former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi stated that the world is entering a period of deep transformation linked to a technological revolution.

According to him, the old world order, which was based on rules and power enforced through them, is effectively coming to an end.
Zaluzhnyi emphasized that the key factor shaping the new world order will be technological progress, in particular the development of artificial intelligence, which is already actively changing global processes.
At the same time, he stressed that the consequences of these changes are currently difficult to predict, as they depend on how states and societies adapt to new conditions.
The diplomat also highlighted the important role of youth and the ability of a state to develop human potential, particularly in the context of Ukraine, which must also go through this transformation phase.
