🚫 Despite strict US and EU sanctions, russia has managed to establish large-scale illegal imports of aviation components over the past three years. According to Finnish broadcaster Yle, this involves Boeing and Airbus aircraft parts worth around 1 billion euros.

📦 Of this amount, approximately 600 million euros account for Airbus components and 400 million euros for Boeing. These include not only cabin elements but also critical parts: engines, radars, and computing systems.
🌍 The main supply routes ran through the UAE, China, Turkey, Gabon, and India, involving over 360 companies. Among the end recipients are Aeroflot, Utair, Ural Airlines, S7 Engineering, and others. Notably, Utair is on the EU sanctions list for providing logistical support to the russian army.
✈️ Investigate Europe found that over 200 of the imported parts could have military applications. This raises serious concerns about the dual-use nature of these goods.
📊 Currently, russia operates 1,138 aircraft, two-thirds of which are Western-made and carry 90% of the country’s passenger traffic.
🛑 Representatives of Boeing and Airbus stated that they fully comply with sanctions and have no official deliveries to russia.
